We are a diverse team of qualified coaches, systemic social workers and teacher/trainers. We collectively hold more than 65 years of practice experience between us, working within Local Authority, academic institutions and charity contexts.

Our vision

That all social care professionals are provided with the right support, that is bespoke and tailored to their needs, helping them feel emotionally contained and enabling them to navigate their work with children, adults and families.

What do we offer

We are experts in developing and delivering coaching and mentoring social care staff, with options for 1:1 sessions, group sessions or blended programmes. We can be commissioned to work with individual professionals, individuals across different services, or whole teams within services.

Each programme is designed with a key outcome at its centre that social care professionals will experience safe yet constructively challenging coaching spaces that enable growth in confidence, new perspectives and ideas towards positive change.

Who we work with

We work with Local Authorities across the country supporting them with coaching and mentoring their social care professionals, including early help professionals, newly qualified social workers, experienced social workers, advanced practitioners and managers.
